Wild Safe BBC has just announced the launch of its sixth annual BC Goes Wild campaign, which celebrates the diverse wildlife crowd in British Columbia in September.
Community Coordinator Danica Rossi said September has historically been a month where human bear conflicts are at their peak. “BC Goose Wild is raising awareness of these issues this month, as well as promoting ways for wildlife to live, work, play and grow in the country.
“As Cowade’s affairs in this area begin to grow again, there is at least one thing we can do safely – get out and enjoy nature!”
As always, the campaign is accompanied by the annual BC Goes Wild Photo Contest. Sign up for the chance to win $ 100 and Wild Safe BBC hat at the following link: https://wildsafebc.com/get-involved/2021-photo-contest/
