Millions of young people around the world are rethinking their jobs and lifestyles.

The pandemic has changed people’s lives and, in many cases, their career plans.

After a wave of job losses over the past few years, many workers are now hitting the pause button at work and quitting in droves.

From April 2021 to September 2021, more than 24 million people in the U.S. quit their jobs. At least 40% of employees worldwide are considering quitting their jobs in the next few months.

Elsewhere, Egypt’s Suez Canal recorded record revenue last year despite being blocked by a huge cargo ship for six days and being challenged by many coronaviruses.
