Seventeen-year-old Alex Swinerton made a great start to the Mackenzie Tour’s Elk Ridge Open.

Swinerton, from Saskatoon and a golfer off Vasco Golf Course, is out of the lead at Alec Ridge Resort after shooting two 68-under rounds.
