Podcast: Mexico’s wine country is getting bigger-maybe too big

The Guadalupe Valley in Baja California is Mexico’s premier wine country. The lush valley makes Napa look as gorgeous as a parking lot.

However, many development projects have come to the valley-many locals are not happy.


Today, we went to this beautiful and controversial space with two experts. Javier Cabral is the editor of LA Taco and wrote about the recent anti-development protests there. Pioneer chef Javier Plascencia has witnessed Valle’s growth and wants the world to enter in a sustainable way.
